Orchard View is purpose built with a luxurious modern feel, featuring all mod cons every perfect getaway requires, nestled in the heart of Platvlei Fruit Farm, just outside of Wolseley, Western Cape. Orchard View offers an off the grid retreat for a few nights break or make it a longer stay getaway to experience farm life. The house is also suited as a work-away-from-home option in a space to inspire.
Rising above the orchards, your Orchard View house offers double storey living and spectacular views.
Three stylishly decorated bedrooms
Main room: King bed, sliding door onto the garden, free standing cupboard and ensuite bathroom.
Guest room: Queen bed, fold back door onto garden, built in cupboards and ensuite bathroom with double-headed shower, bath and heated towel rail.
Kids room: 2 single beds, one pull-out floor bed, ensuite toilet and basin.
The house can sleep a total of 7 persons. All rooms have aircon and electric blankets for winter months, bedding is fitted with quality white linen and bathrooms with soft grey towels.
Upstairs and downstairs living
You enter from undercover, secure parking area into a large lounge with fireplace, aircon and DSTV. Wrap open doors lead onto the garden.
Head up the spiral staircase to the heart of the house where you are welcomed by a bright, natural light and stylish open-planned, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with mesmerising views from every angle. Grab a chilled glass of wine from the wine cooler and head out onto the terrace through wrap open doors, relax in the jacuzzi while the food simmers on the gas braai and the sun sets on another perfect day.
The house offers a peaceful and secure space with fenced perimeter offering privacy on a vibrant working farm.
Orchard View is child and pet friendly
The house has a large yard making it a fun space for children and furry friends alike. You are welcome to enjoy the farm and its surrounds. All pets are to be on a lead when outside the yard.
